Adam is one of our Customer Service Experts and helps a variety of clients with all kinds of IT issues. His knowledge continues to grow with every problem that he solves and he has a particular expertise with Mac devices.

Adam will tell you the best part about his  job, aside from the people, is being in a position where he can constantly learn new skills and knowledge. He knows IT can be complicated and unpredictable and wants to encourage our clients to reach out about any issues – large or small.

Having grown up in Ottawa. Adam is happy to be building his career here in Canada’s capital but is also keen to travel to contrasting parts of the world like Japan.

As the Administrator at KCi, Cassidy takes care of financial records, reports and manages accounts receivable and payable. She is also interested in every aspect of the business and how it runs. She is consistently looking for ways to offer even better customer service and improved methods of communication with our clients and community.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Cassidy has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Trent University and graduated in 2022. She excelled in marketing, accounting, and ethics classes.

When asked what the best part of her job is, she shared without hesitation “The best thing about KCi is the people I get to work with. Not just the team but the clients too.”

Our Customer Service Expert, Jamel is considerate, diligent and a natural problem solver. He understands the need to keep data safe and computers healthy. He works closely with our clients to give them peace of mind while they focus on running their business. Problems never arise at a convenient time but when something stops working Jamel and our team are here to help you solve the problem.

Jamel grew up in Ottawa and feels he is the right fit for KCi because he believes in building relationships with our clients. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is eager to keep building on his experience as he builds his career with our team.

Sam Kaddoura is the Founder & Owner of Kaddoura Consulting Inc (KCi). He grew up in Ottawa with parents who instilled in him the real value of a strong work ethic, of building lasting, trusted relationships and of solving problems. He was one of those kids who loved to fix things and turned his hand to computers very early on.

Sam built KCi to stand apart from other IT service providers. His success is based on investing time in getting to know his clients business, their team and market sector in order to develop and maintain the best technical solutions available.

With over 25 years serving clients in a multitude of market sectors, Sam brings a depth of experience with him to solve your issues and support your business. He remains as committed to learning about new solutions and technology as he did the day he started his career.
